There was a time when Alicia Douvall couldn't walk into a nightclub, premiere or celebrity party without becoming the centre of attention.

Back in 2002, Alicia was one of the biggest names on London's VIP scene. It was during one of those nights out that she found herself caught up in one of the strangest episodes of her celebrity life.
While partying in the VIP room of an exclusive Mayfair nightclub, Alicia was approached by a wealthy businessman who introduced himself as being there with Sarah Ferguson, the former Duchess of York.
What followed was a surreal evening involving champagne, dancing, flirtation and eventually an invitation back to a London hotel suite where Ferguson was also present.
Looking back, Alicia has described feeling overwhelmed by the situation.
"I was only 22," she recalled. "They were both older than me and, looking back, it all felt very strange."
Although the atmosphere remained light-hearted, Alicia admitted she eventually became uncomfortable and left after around an hour.

Over the years she underwent more than 400 procedures, with a self-estimated bill of around £1 million.
There were multiple breast augmentations, numerous nose surgeries and countless other enhancements as she chased what she believed was physical perfection.
In reality, Alicia was battling something much deeper.
She was eventually diagnosed with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), a serious mental health condition that causes sufferers to become obsessed with perceived flaws in their appearance.
At the height of her struggles, she has spoken openly about undergoing procedures almost constantly, trapped in a cycle that became increasingly difficult to escape.
Today, Alicia's honesty about those years has helped countless others understand the dangers of body image obsession and cosmetic surgery addiction.
