From Supermodel to Festive Film Queen; Caprice Is Back and Better Than Ever…

In a Loaded exclusive, the original blonde bombshell spills the beans on life, love, lingerie, and losing the carbs...

By Danni Levy

Alright gents, turn your attention to that poster that took prime position on your bedroom wall back in the day? Yeah, that one. The Caprice one. Well, we just gave it a makeover, and wow, what can we say? The lady of lingerie is proving she’s still got it, and more.

Caprice is busy producing films, running businesses, looking about 27 (we checked twice), and somehow still finding time to smash it on the tennis court.

Loaded caught up with the LA-born legend from Ibiza as she casually wraps a movie project. And one thing’s for sure, whether she’s swerving carbs or building a business to refine her body and mind, Caprice is still every bit the showstopper.

So put the kettle on, or crack open a cold one, and try your best not to let your jaw hit the floor…

Tell us about your upcoming movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret

“I’m thrilled about this film. A Scottish Christmas Secret is magical—warm, funny, romantic, and full of festive spirit. I play Tiffany Bennett, a high-powered New York publishing exec who’s totally lost the plot emotionally, but in the best possible way. She's sent on a mission to Scotland to get our best-selling author, Nathan McAllister, to finish his book series… but things go off-piste, literally and emotionally.

“We filmed in the breathtaking Highlands of Scotland—Aviemore, to be exact, and it was like something out of a snow globe. The plan is to release it just in time for the holiday season. My character is very me in some ways. She’s driven, organized, a bit intense—but she’s also learning to slow down, open up, and connect. That part really resonated.

“Having executive produced two films already this year, it felt natural to contribute creatively beyond just being on camera. I’ve definitely caught the film bug. I want to keep doing 2–3 positive, feel-good films each year.”

Will we be able to see A Scottish Christmas Secret this holiday season?

“Yes, of course. I am so excited that Channel 5 bought it and it will be televised at the beginning of December.”

Why Ibiza? Do you have a home there or visit regularly?

“Ibiza is my vibe. I’ve been coming here for years, I visit as often as I can. There’s just something special about the island—it’s spiritual, relaxing, and stunning all in one. It’s where I feel my most relaxed. It is a beautiful island. In fact, I’ve just finished wrapping my next rom-com movie A Royal Romance in Ibiza.”

Tell us about your other projects

“Well, I invest in property. Having made my first million at 25, I invested the money wisely and bought my first property in Surrey in the UK. Over the years I have renovated houses and made money in the process.

“I’ve also launched my own film company, JJLove Productions, named after my boys Jett and Jax. At one point, I couldn’t get past casting for lead roles, so I thought, “Why wait for someone else to say yes? I’ll do it myself.” And look at me now.”

OK, we need to talk about how unreal you look. What’s your fitness and skincare routine?

“Ahhh thanks! Honestly, it’s discipline. I play a lot of tennis and I go running when I can. I try to stay active most days, even if it’s just a long walk. I eliminated carbs and lost 20 pounds—the first month was rough, but now it’s second nature. I feel stronger, I sleep better, and I’ve got so much more energy—it’s been a total game-changer.

“I’m a big believer in overall wellness too. I start every morning with a smoothie and a ridiculous number of supplements. Wellness is part of my life.”

It’s not quite Christmas yet, but what’s the sexiest gift a man can give—and the worst?

“Sexiest? Lingerie and jewellery, of course. Just check her sizes. Go into the drawer and look at the tag at the back of her bra and write it down— she will be really impressed you got it right.

“Worst? No gift at all. I love giving first and foremost but I do love receiving as well, especially the really thoughtful things.”

You’ve lived all over—LA, London, Ibiza. What feels most like home now, and why?

“London. It’s where I became a mum, built my businesses, and really found my rhythm. I love it here. It will always be my home.”

You’ve been in the spotlight for decades. What’s the biggest misconception people still have about you?

“People often say, “OMG, I thought you’d be a complete BIATCH!” I hear it all the time. But I’m really just a down-to-earth, hard-working woman who’s been through a lot and wants to do good things.

“I’m done with toxic TV. I’m blessed to have this platform, and I want to use it for good - to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

Another big myth? That my success was handed to me because I was a model. I had to prove myself over and over—especially in business.”

We’re in the era of filters and social pressure. What’s your take on modern beauty standards?

“It’s a lot, especially for younger girls. Social media creates this completely fake world. I’ve always been transparent. Yes, we clean up a few freckles or shadows in a shoot, but we don’t distort reality. Beauty is how you feel about yourself, not how perfectly edited your selfie is.”

What’s one piece of advice you’d give your younger self on the runway?

“Why, WHY did I go out with a quarter of the guys I dated in my twenties? What was I thinking?”

Three desert island must-haves for summer—go!

  1. My mobile phone

  2. My bikini

  3. Watermelon juice….
