Broncho: Natural Pleasure  ⭐⭐⭐⭐

BRONCHO are back, and they’ve brought the good stuff. It’s been over six years since their last album, and if you thought they’d gone soft or disappeared into the indie ether, think again. The Oklahoma lads have swerved left and landed us with a lush, woozy, hypnotic belter, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

Gone are the scrappy guitar punches of yesteryear; this time, they’re slipping into something a bit more silky. Dreamy, trippy, and smooth as a bourbon chaser, this is Broncho stretching out, flexing their creative muscles, and proving they’ve got more gears than you thought.

Tracks like Into Magic and Dreamin don’t so much play as they glide. It’s proper escapism. You’ll listen, blink, and suddenly you’re halfway to Mars in a velvet smoking jacket wondering what year it is. Vulnerable? Maybe. Strong? Definitely. Sexy? Somehow, yes.

This isn't just a decent comeback, it's a proper evolution. And while it might throw the odd fan for a loop, it’s the kind of risk that’s going to win them a whole new bunch of devotees. In a world drowning in overproduced pop fluff, Broncho are here making it all look effortlessly cool.

Mesmerising, unexpected, and cool as hell.
