The Liverpool guitar band has come good, big time.
Prepare yourself because this album is a proper rollercoaster. One minute you’re neck-deep in electropop, the next you’re getting smacked around by thrashing guitars, then you’re on a nostalgia trip you never saw coming. It’s a glorious mash-up of sounds that proves this lot can do whatever the hell they want and do it well.
Yeah, it’s not the longest album in the world. You’ll be in and out in under 30 minutes. But trust us, it’s quality. It feels like the band has finally hit its stride, and the result is nothing short of class.
