An Update on Piaff Bubbles

- By Loaded Editors

Last month, we introduced you to Piaff Bubbles, the smartest horse on the track and now a part of the Loaded family.

Here’s a little update. Get ready gents; we’re onto a winner!

Piaff Bubbles is in really good form at home having run a good race last time out at Ary finishing fourth in a Go North qualifier. In that race he was only beaten a very short distance by the horse in front of him (less than one length), so he is there or thereabouts at the business end. The ground wasn’t perfect for Piaff, so he has run well considering. As we know, he is looking for soft or heavy ground, so we need the heavens to open to see him at his best.

The Go North Finals are run over the weekend of the 21st-23rd March and Piaff Bubbles is now qualified to run in it, so if ground conditions were to suit, then he should run that weekend. There is also the potential of a race on 13th March at Hexham for him, again if conditions are in his favour.

Keep an eye out for future updates, as we will be inviting a number of lucky readers the chance to attend Rebecca Menzies’ yard and meet ‘Bubbles’ in person.
