Wheels of Steel: England’s World Cup XI & Their Most Expensive Cars

England’s stars earn a fortune terrorising the world's best defences – and they love nothing more than splashing the cash on a serious set of wheels.

Thomas Tuchel's boys might be jetting across Mexico, Canada and the US right now, but when they’re at home, they’ve got some seriously flash motors, from matte-black super-SUVs to bespoke Rolls-Royces worth more than the average house. With the help of Anglo Scottish, vehicle finance provider to the stars, we reveal the priciest rides owned by the starting XI.

Jordan Pickford – Lamborghini Urus

Now appearing in his fifth major international tournament, England’s #1 has proved a safe pair of hands for years – and behind the wheel, he’s no different. His most-expensive motor is a blacked-out Lamborghini Urus, worth a cool £160,000. He’s also gone green with an all-electric BYD Seal Excellence.

Jarell Quansah – Mercedes-AMG G63

Bayer Leverkusen’s Jarell Quansah might not have expected to be starting as England’s right-back but he’s stepped up well – rash red card vs Mexico aside! As an ex-Liverpool academy player, he once signed the club’s famous ‘car clause’ which prohibited him from driving any flashy wheels until he was more established. Now, however, he’s a lover of the Mercedes-AMG G63, aka the G-Wagon.

Ezri Konsa – Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP Conversion

Classy Villa centre-back Konsa has been described as a “Rolls-Royce” by Prince William, but his choice in motors is a little more low-key. His Mercedes-Benz V-Class van was given a custom VIP upgrade with a Goyard-inspired interior and bespoke headrests.

Marc Guehi – Mercedes-Benz A45 S

The Man City centre-back is as no-nonsense off the pitch as he is on it. Guehi has been spotted behind the wheel of a Mercedes-AMG A45 S — a pocket rocket with plenty of poke but none of the flash of some of his team-mates. Quick, sharp and understated, just like his defending.

Nico O’Reilly – Lamborghini Urus

Manchester City full-back Nico O’Reilly is another big fan of the SUV Lamborghini Urus. The youngster became the proud owner of a silver Urus earlier this year, pulling up to City training alongside Matheus Nunes in matching vehicles.

Elliot Anderson – Porsche 911 GT3

Having made the move to Manchester City this summer for an eye-watering £116m, Anderson is officially the most expensive English player of all time. Something tells us you can expect his car collection to grow in the coming months – but for now, he’s the proud owner of a Porsche 911 GT3, customised to his exact spec during his time at Nottingham Forest.

Declan Rice – Rolls-Royce Cullinan

Arsenal star Declan has a few cars in his entourage and is often seen driving an understated Range Rover Sport. However, the most expensive car in his name is a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, valued at over £300,000. With an uber-powerful V12 and meticulous hand-crafted detailing, it’s a suitable vehicle for one of England’s leading lights.

Jude Bellingham – BMW XM Label

England’s talisman. The Real Madrid superstar drives an hybrid BMW XM Label, gifted from BMW. If you want to buy one, it’ll set you back a whopping £155,000. It is the first standalone M car since the legendary M1 — a fittingly rare beast for England's biggest name.

Bukayo Saka — Mercedes-AMG G63

The Arsenal winger finishes off the XI in style. Bukayo Saka joins (a few of his) teammates in the Mercedes-AMG G63 club, with his motor worth a hefty £145,000. Powered by a thumping twin-turbo V8, Bukayo’s G-Wagon is every bit as bold as his fearless running down the flank.

Harry Kane – Bentley Continental GT Supersports

The skipper keeps it classy and keeps it British. Kane's most expensive ride is a Bentley Continental GT Supersports worth a mighty £212,000 — one of only 710 ever built. This stunning ride is the star of a personal fleet packed with Range Rovers and a family-friendly Jaguar F-Pace.

Marcus Rashford – Brabus 900

Rashford owns a custom Brabus Rocket 900, an ultra-exclusive, 900-horsepower luxury saloon that cost the Manchester United and England footballer north of £350,000. This ultra-rare beast boasts slick carbon fibre detailing and goes 0-60 in just 3.7 seconds.

So, there you have it – the most expensive cars owned by each of England’s stars. And who knows, if international silverware finally comes home this summer, you might see a few upgrades across the squad…
